MEET THE TEAM THURSDAY
Every Thursday we will be introducing an employee of our Team! We hope you enjoy learning more about the Faces of our Cooperative.

Meet Emily, she has been a part of the CHS Larsen Cooperative family since 2009. Emily interned in the Precision Ag Department for three summers while she attended the University of Wisconsin- Platteville where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Soil and Crop Science. Emily currently resides in the Readfield area staying close to the cooperative. Emily chose to work for CHS Larsen Cooperative because she believes in the importance of the local cooperative system and enjoys working for farmers in our area.

In 2012, Emily started her career as a Sales Agronomist with her Certified Crop Advisor certification. As a Sales Agronomist, Emily serves customers throughout the northern, western, and southern counties that CHS serves; focusing in Fremont, Marion, and Waupaca. Emily is the agronomy sales person who supports the growers with seed, fertilizer, chemical, and teams up with the precision department to offer services. She is on the farm to support products and make sure the crops are growing well.

When Emily is not at work you can usually find her with her family and/or at her mini farm. Emily shares this life with her husband Cody, three year old Ellie Mae and one year old Blake. At home she raises horses, chickens, bunnies, and guineas. When Emily is not in Readfield, she enjoys Kentucky and going camping. Fun Fact: This year Emily and Cody are running 85 acres of land in Winnebago County with corn and wheat planted.
