CHS Larsen Cooperative shared Douglas Behnke Farms's post.
We are happy to support the #FarmStrong effort to help farmers affected by the blizzard. They will be making meals (Hot dishes, veggies, cheese, bread, and bars) for neighbor farms effected by the storm in the greater Clintonville, Manawa, New London, Bear Creek, and surrounding areas on Friday, April 20th.
If you'd like to help here is how:
1. Do you know of a farm in the above area damaged by the storm? Please send Kellie Zahn a message with the farm name and address by Noon on Thursday.
2. Monetary donations can be dropped off at GreenStone in Clintonville and here at CHS Larsen Cooperative in New London any time on Thursday and Friday. Cash is preferred or checks can be made out to Douglas Behnke Farms.
3. Donations of baked goods in disposable containers can be dropped off at GreenStone and CHS Larsen Coop anytime on Thursday through 11am on Friday or at St. Mary's Church in Bear Creek from 9am-Noon on Friday
